Dr. Chem-Dry Carpet & Tile Cleaning

We have used this company before and were very impressed. However this last time they did not clean well in 1 room. You can see the rake marks and the squiggle from what I can only assume was the cleaning solution. I had surgery 5 days later and was not able to call in a timely manner, my bad. However, when I called 3 days past the 30 days they indicated that it was a 30 day warranty and they would not come out without a charge. Nowhere is there anything written about a 30 day warranty, or even any warranty. The accusation was I dirtied the carpet and wanted them to clean it for free. Why lose a good customer for 1 small room?

Incredible customer service and extraordinary results! I had oxidation on a new rug after accidentally overwatering a plant that was near by making the lite grey rug turn yellow. I tried every home remedy I could until I finally gave in and reached out to "professional cleaning service"(Steam King, Inc.). After a few days of not hearing anything I got a knock at the door and an associate just dropped off the rug. No assistance to move it back in the house, no explanation regarding what what done. Just a form for me to sign that I received the "cleaned rug". When I personally laid out the rug it was as if they didn't do a thing. Needless to say I reached out to try to get my money back, but the manager (at Steam King, Inc) was very rude and dismissive. A week goes by and I decided to give Dr. Chem- Dry a go. Techs, Zeke and Paige were very knowledgable, which gave me the confidence to go with another cleaning service. I got frequent updates and got my rug back faster than quoted. Zeke and Paige personally delivered the rug, helped me lug it back into the house, and rolled it out for me. It looks as good as new! I couldn't tell where the stain was, front or back, and the rug is softer than ever! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be going back for my next service cleaning.

They were prompt and professional. I was very pleased with the results; the carpets looked great! Price may seem high but I think the results were well worth it.

Dan arrived on time.  He was very friendly and he explained what he was going to do and what my carpets needed.  The carpets looked great after being cleaned and I love chem dry because the carpets aren't soaked and are dry in about 2 hours.

.  The tech came early after calling to check with me.  He carefully explained what he would do and gave a a price  He put down a tarp to protect my area rug before starting. He even cleaned some pillows without charging.  In the future I would have to pay extra.

The last time that our carpets were cleaned, the stains came back in a couple of weeks. This time we decided to try ChemDry and selected Dr ChemDry.
They were supposed to arrive between7:00 and 7:30AM but they were about an hour late! We had specifically chosen the time to ensure that they would arrive on time. We also selected Dr ChemDry so that traffic wouldn't be a problem for them. (the other people that have provided services to us this year have all managed to arrive as scheduled.)
ChemDry's receipt says that "most carpets dry in only 1-2 hours" Our carpets were wet in spots for more than 36 hours.
The carpet is clean but its too early to tell if the stains will come back.
Next time we will definitely try a different carpet cleaner.

They were very courteous and did a great job.  The carpet wasn't wet when they left.  The price was good.

I had both my townhome and home's carpets cleaned by Chem Dry. My townhome cost $149 and the house $129. The price difference was due to how much pre-treating had to be done. The price they quoted was $99 for both but once the people showed up they talked over the price increase for the pre-treating. This is very normal with carpet cleaners. They did quick and quality work. The carpets were dry within a couple of hours and I would definitely use them again.

They were punctual, calling 1/2 hour before they showed up. I had called to have them clean 1600 sq feet of saltillo tile. It had not been professionally cleaned in 5 years. However, the estimate they gave me was > $9000 which I was not expecting. Instead, I had them clean two oriental rugs and my sectional for approx. $500. They did a fantastic job. And I would call them again to do that. I will probably just jack-hammer the tile and put in carpet.

When I called for an appointment they were ready to perform services the next day- I was able to schedule when it worked well for our household. They arrived on time and walked through the areas first to give a good estimate. They then gave me a choice of "good", 'better" and "best" levels of care - and after I made my choice they got to work. They finished all the work in ~2 hours. I will definitely use them again.

The appointment was for 2-6 in the afternoon, with a call 30 minutes ahead. Instead I got a call at 8:30 am saying they had a cancellation and could they come at 9. That was okay so three guys showed up exactly at 9 (I was expecting only one technician). They said the dark areas were from oils on the bottom of our feet. First they vacuumed, then they pretreated all of the carpet before deep cleaning. We have a cat and I was surprised after the cleaning how much cat hair came up from the carpet. It took the three of them about one and a half hours to do the whole job. The carpet took 3-4 hours to dry completely. Looked great afterward, you could not tell where any of the dark areas were. My wife was very pleased with the job when she got back.

They did a really good job. We had a stain that was really bad and we did not think it would come out, nor did the cleaner. He was prepared to come back because he thought one time would be not enough, and I told him it looked pretty good for me. As time went on, the stain continued to disappear, and by the time he came back, the stain was gone.

They did some deep cleaning so that our dog doesn t go back to the same spot, which has worked. They sometimes come late and this last time didn t even call to notify me. Everything looked great after they left.

ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE THEM COME OUT REGULARLY EVERY 6 MONTHS TO DO OUR GREAT ROOM. THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME EXTRA SPOT CLEANERS TO USE IN BETWEEN.

WE HAVE USED DR. CHEM-DRY FOR MANY YEARS. THE SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR WORK. IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ON THE CARPETS THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET CLEAN, THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT IT. I LIKE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THE CARPETS COME CLEAN AND ARE DRY WITHIN 3 TO 4 HOURS RATHER THAN STEAM CLEANING. THE COMPANY PERSONNEL CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AFTERWARDS.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 15 YEARS. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
