"Damaged our carpet with a bleached, spotted look. AFTERWARDS, claims he does mostly commercial and not much residential. They claimed they used a new cleaning product with similar unfavorable results and were willing to fix the problem until they were told the carpet wasn’t repairable. They tried to blame dog urine, yet they advertise they clean pet urine, confirmed it on phone as well as when they came to see the carpet and yet the bleaching wasn’t even where the 5 lb dog urinates. They claim 10O% satisfaction, and Derrick said he was coming by to refund us but never came. Never refunded. Left us with $6000 worth of bleached looking spotted ruined carpet. Picture with people is before they cleaned 2nd picture is after they cleaned."

"Do not use this company. Getting them to actually start my tile job was difficult enough, I thought they were busy. Once they actually started, it took them a very long time to finish. They kept pulling people off my tile job and putting them other places. When they had finished, the tiles were uneven and they curve; they are not straight with each other or my wall. The grout started falling in within a month of being done, and getting them to come back has been like pulling teeth. They came back once to replace tiles, which they chipped when they installed them, and chipped a bunch more. My grout is still messed up, I still have chipped tiles, and I'm done hassling with these guys, you shouldn't even start."
