"We used both services, this part of the review is for the window cleaning.  It went just fine.  Two men showed up on time, they were professional and didn't over bill us.  I thought I had French windows but they said that the framework was inside the window, not outside, therefore would not charge for that service.  They were quick, efficient and friendly.
The carpet cleaning went well - the technician took into account that the carpet was pretty new and not too dirty, so he didn't try to up-sell me on a protectant application - I appreciated that.

He didn't speak English and he plugged in his phone charger without asking and helped himself to the fridge and left cigarette butts outside in the front. He seemed upset that he was doing all the work himself. I called Empire customer service just to be told I had to be transferred to a line that went to voicemail and I never heard back. But the job got done and the quality of the carpet is good for the price."

They got it cleaner than we could have hoped for! Excellent job. Also noted that the pad was contaminated from dog and got us a new one."
