Damaged our carpet with a bleached, spotted look. AFTERWARDS, claims he does mostly commercial and not much residential. They claimed they used a new cleaning product with similar unfavorable results and were willing to fix the problem until they were told the carpet wasn’t repairable. They tried to blame dog urine, yet they advertise they clean pet urine, confirmed it on phone as well as when they came to see the carpet and yet the bleaching wasn’t even where the 5 lb dog urinates. They claim 10O% satisfaction, and Derrick said he was coming by to refund us but never came. Never refunded. Left us with $6000 worth of bleached looking spotted ruined carpet. Picture with people is before they cleaned 2nd picture is after they cleaned.
