Sears - Fiesta Mall

"I just read this review and I would like to address it since Angie's list will not. We have no record of servicing this person and have no record of this person/name/address in our data base. I called 411 and got this customers phone number and tried to reach out to them to tell them that they have reviewed the wrong company. I have repeatedly called Mr. [member name removed] and left a messages to tell him that he has reviewed the wrong company and I have not heard back from him at this point. [member name removed] will not pick up his phone and Angie's list will not take this complaint down until the problem has been cleared up per "Angie's List Policy" This is the third time that I have had a negative review from someone that we did not service. Angie's List has no policy for a "wronged review", the customer is always right in their eyes. As a business owner, I see this a terribly unfair. I wouldn't be coming down so hard on Angie's List if this wasn't the 3rd time this has happened to us. I am sure this is just an honest mistake by Mr. [member name removed] and I am also sending him a letter in the mail to reach out to him to get this review taken down. If you read our reviews, you will see that we give everything that we have in our power to give quality service and do a good job. If we do encounter any kind of issue, we do what we can to resolve it. Please don't read my response in a negative light, I am just frustrated with the process and do not like the fact that I have no recourse for being wrongly accused."
