Did a great job! The house we moved into had nice carpet, but it was pretty stained. The gentleman scrubbed the carpet several times and was able to remove most of the stains. Due to the stains, the cost of the cleaning was more than the quote, but that was made clear when the appointment was scheduled. Would hire again.

Couldn't be more pleased with this family owned company - from my first contact with Sandi promptly and courteously answering my request for service to owner Fred, who together with is new team member Micah, arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. We had some challenging high traffic areas that still looked dirty after previous companies' work. Not so with F&F! They left everything looking like new, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They are definitely our provider from now on. And they offer a range of other cleaning service too!

Ontime and professional. I like FnF. A change from the big box companies. I've called them back every time since my first service. I have a fairly small house - 1800 sq ft. They cleaned the small family room and 3 bedrooms with furniture. (2) of the 3 bedrooms are only 11x12 if even that big.

Called F&F Carpet Cleaning and set up an appointment. They were able to fit us in within a couple of days. I spoke with Fred and he was very nice on the phone. Anderson was the person who came to do the job. He was punctual and very polite. He also listened to our concerns regarding some spots that were on our carpets. He really took the time to clean our furniture and carpets. All the stains I was worried about came out. I could not be happier. I would definitely call F&F Carpet Cleaning again. If you want a company that does a good job at a fair price, give them a call.

We had a dog emergency where two large oriental were soiled by a visiting dog. F&F responded within 11/2 hours picked up the carpets and had them cleaned that day. They returned the carpets within 4 days and avoided any staining. Very happy with response and result.
