Kachina Heating & Cooling LLCLast minute call as the weather was turning colder in the next few days to perform checkup on the furnace and RV garage heater for the season. Was able to fit me in even with a very tight schedule the next day. Came out about 6:30pm to perform the checks and found an issue with a fuse that needed to be replaced with the furnace in the house. He was able to get it running for the evening and promised to return with the needed fuse the next day. Even with his busy schedule he called the next day and replaced the fuse as promised and all has been working just great ever since. He checked the RV garage heater as well and all was working fine.- William W.

However, Noel was the most competent and professional of all we contacted. Others just wanted us to replace our current system without looking at our needs (we had cold spots, uneven heating). Noel went into the attic, looked at our construction, etc. He gave us details about the best option to meet our needs, along with 2 other options should we decide to spend less money. Noel was always responsive to our questions, before and after completion. His crew was professional, delightful to deal with. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day on the project and kept us apprised of their progress. The entire experience was well worth the additional dollars we paid - we have a heating system that will last for many years and provides us with even heat throughout the house - we even received an energy credit for upgrading our system! He told me exactly what day/days he would be able to come out for the repair. He arrived within the dates he promised and replaced my ignitor. He is pleasant, professional and knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend him at all. He also made some recommendations to make it easier to keep a watch on my heat from afar. When I got to my home - everything was running smoothly and I gave him my cc over the phone - he followed with an email receipt and left a copy in my home as well. Great job Noel!- Gerald A.

We have owned our house for 11 years and it was time to have the chimney cleaned...we were noticing a woody smell throughout the house. Wizard’s showed up on time, checked the roof exterior of the chimney plus the spark guard and then began cleaning the chimney....no buildup was detected...cleanup was very thorough...and we love the results! Woody smell is gone and we would definitely use them again as well as recommend them highly!

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Eddie came and fixed it right away; we were desperate because with 6 people and the water off, no one could use the toilets. Rudy (on the phone) got Eddie (the technician/plumber) to come right away. Eddie was friendly, explained everything, fixed the leak right up, and left things clean. What a relief! Excellent service at a reasonable price. Very good for the emergency we had. We will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs!

Arizona summers are HOT! My Mastercool evaporative cooler took a dump and 3 providers said the were booked for 2 months. I found Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating on Angie's List. They scheduled me for the same day. Juan arrived 2 hours before my scheduled appointment and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I live in a rural area where many service providers won't even come; One day service is next to impossible. Do not hesitate to call Pitzers. Thanks Juan

I wish I could give 0 stars. Review: Landmark is the worst home warranty you can find. We have been without heat or AC since the end of October. It is mid December. Our poor animals and humans in our home are FREEZING. Landmark is waiting on a part from their distributor and we were promised it AROUND December 10th. We have been given the runaround with Landmark. Friday 12/11 we called dozens of times and left call back numbers and had someone even say they’d call us back. That never happened. We were supposed to *hopefully* have the part by Friday, December 10th so all we wanted was an update. Well come to find out the part might not be in until JANUARY 11th. We have had no heat or AC since the end of October. Our dogs, ourselves and our CHILD have had no heat in our home. It is mid-December. It is freezing. I’m surprised our pipes haven’t burst. About 2-3 weeks ago they offered us a “pay out” and would send us a check with what they would cover and we would cover the rest. We considered it but we would have to pay almost DOUBLE to what we agreed upon. The funny part is the AC/Heat company they have contracted to do the job HAS THE PART and could do the job TOMORROW. But noooo Landmark wants to take the cheap route and wait for their distributor almost 3 months out since we lost heat/AC. This is neglectful. Also, you might suggest “try to call Landmark”. LOL. We have waiting on hold for up to 2 hours and then finally it will tell you to leave a call back number and they never call. There are no working emails (or representatives choose not to reply) and no way to directly contact anyone via phone. My advice: do not even waste your time considering Landmark.
