In addition, a leak formed the day after the service work at a valve and he made a special trip out to fix that too. I also talked to BJ in their office several times and they took the time to research the answer for any of the questions I had about their policies and the new equipment I wound up buying to replace my old set up. I am very happy with everything related to this project."

Better, he had taken time to research maker and model of the fireplace (no longer in business), and review maintenance recommendations. He replaced two items, and fireplace works fine. Tyler also found owners manual on line and gave us the URL for our own use. Throughout Tyler was a class example of cool, calm, competence.
