Better, he had taken time to research maker and model of the fireplace (no longer in business), and review maintenance recommendations. He replaced two items, and fireplace works fine. Tyler also found owners manual on line and gave us the URL for our own use. Throughout Tyler was a class example of cool, calm, competence. Together with communication skills and doing what he said he would do at agreed time, was a pleasure doin business. Price was reasonable and clear."
