"Wade was out to see what was wrong with my HVAC unit the day after I called. It needed replacing because it was 17 years old and had R22 leaks. R22 is outdated and generally not available anymore. Everything is now R410A. Ordered new 4 ton unit and Bill and Mike were out a week later and removed old unit and installed new unit in about 4 hours. Oh, and they had to rent a crane at their expense to lift the old one and new one over my house. Everything was on time, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Wurke Bettler."

Tyler Shelton responded to our requests, came to the condo, figured the likely problem - and needed a particular part replaced.. When he returned - at date/time promised - he had the needed parts. Better, he had taken time to research maker and model of the fireplace (no longer in business), and review maintenance recommendations. He replaced two items, and fireplace works fine. Tyler also found owners manual on line and gave us the URL for our own use. Throughout Tyler was a class example of cool, calm, competence.
