I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. "Great. I placed an online claim Monday 12/21, in a few hours they had assigned a Home Hvac . I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr.
