State 48 installed my new AC unit almost 2 years ago and came out today to do an inspection and check the system before the really hot weather hits Phoenix. The technicians were on time and very knowledgeable about the system and how what needs to be checked periodically. They answered all my questions and confirmed the system was in great shape and ready for the season. They also showed me how to use the ecobee app on my phone to adjust the temperature. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. They were thorough in doing the service and responded thoughtfully to my questions. I highly recommend this company!

My brother started by making a call to State 48 and my parents used State 48 too. We are the third in the family to replace our system with them. Exemplary knowledge and customer service. Stefan and Bryan were so helpful with installation and setting up the wifi thermostat. I recommend this company so give them a call!

Outstanding! I have used State 48 three times over the years. They are fast reliable, their workers (Sean is great) are all outstanding. They get to you quickly. They give accurate time windows. They're clean and they give you options that best fit your budget. More importantly than all of the is they fix my issues. They installed a whole new system in a new house I bought and the process was seamless!

Very happy with this company and their staff. Got many quote, gonna say the were not the most or the cheapest bid. I did however feel like Sean explained why things need to be done, he listen to all of our concerns and was very personable, no high pressure sales. The owner was available to him while Seanwas at our home to answer any questions on timing and availability of the system. The installation team was neat and friendly, cleaned up everything very nicely, work on Saturday...nothing but good things to say about them. This was one of many home projects we have had done and by far the least stressful. High recommendation.

Had a great experience, start to finish, working with Peter and Oscar at State 48 Home Services. They checked with us multiple times to make sure the vents and returns were where my wife wanted them and gave us product and pricing options. I had a new 5-ton system installed by State 48 Home Services in February, and I asked them to relocate my AC compressor to the other side of the house. They did a fantastic job from removal of the old system, to new electrical and line set, and installation of the new 17-Seer heating and cooling units. I also got a smart thermostat installed. Peter and his crew were prompt, professional, and got the job done for a great price. Very happy with the system - the features are so cool. Highly recommend them!

I interviewed 3 companies and this is THE ONLY company I would recommend!! So thorough in their inspection! Found a lack of insulation no one else even mentioned! Customer service was fantastic and they STILL check in now and then! Really really great job! An especially dependable company, fair pricing, awesome, refreshing service!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about State 48 home services . Wow!! After three other companies came to give us a quote and present their ideas for how to improve the comfort of our home, it was a no brainer for us to go with Peter and his team. peter by far spent the most time going through the entire house and evaluating our home. In addition he was very thorough in his explanation. I had tons of questions and he was kind and patient through it all! When he presented us with the quote he went above and Beyond to provide us multiple options in various price ranges...outlining in detail the pros and cons! I cannot tell you enough how impressed I was with the time he took. The other companies did not take the time time to explain any other options and where in and out. Needless to say we booked the job with Peter and State 48 and couldn t be happier. We had a multitude of issues and all have been resolved. Oscar has been amazing and both of them are available for any questions and minor tweaks to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend them. Their integrity and quality of work has been something hard to find in companies lately! Will tell everyone who needs ac work, repairs, or new units about them!

State 48 went above and beyond. They were cheaper than every competitor we spoke with, the techs were knowledgeable and honest, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and did an excellent job. Their warranties were also longer than all other quotes we received. But to be honest, they did such a good job that I would be surprised if I would ever need them for any warranty work. State 48 is by far the best AC company I have done business with. Their tech even caught my dog after he ran out. The work has been done and paid for yet they are still helping us with rebates and home warranty problems. They will always be my only choice for any home related work
