"My neighbors and I hired Mr Valdez to replace our shared fence. My neighbor also hired them to install a new gate to their backyard. The gate has never been completed, the posts for the fence were never cut to the height of the fence, and a quarter panel of fencing that was to be replaced at the corner, attached to the new post was never installed - instead, the materials for that were left to rot and degrade in my yard. The completed work was done in less than one day, and Mr Valdez was paid by both me and my neighbors. He never came back to finish the work."

This has included prepping and painting various structures and surfaces indoors and outdoors such as stucco, wood and metal. I also have much experience in plaster and drywall repair having the ability to match various wall textures. I have extensive experience in carpentry and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical. I am highly driven to succeed and perform tidy, quality work. I am extremely reliable, punctual, reasonable and clean cut. I am solely responsible in performing the work and as a result able to control quality completely.

For example I had expected him to scrape off what was left from a Contact picture hanger but he painted over it. His proposal said the job would take a week and a half. I paid $4400 and he was here less than 4 days. He told me he priced it on the job, not on the time he spent."
