"If I could proceed without giving a single star I would!! Total scam! Young kid, Ryan, showed up and quoted 4-6 hours at $120 per hour ($480-$720). Called back after his visit and told me a second "person from the company who is their travertine expert" wanted to come by to see the job. By the time he came the following day and had ascertained the work the bid had risen to $3850. Oh and by the way the second guy claimed he was not a Sir Grout employee at all, he just got referrals on jobs they couldn't handle. I had to get some pitted stone refilled and sealed what's not to handle? They accepted the appointment based on my explanation of what I wanted to hire them to do. Total scam!"
