"The owner agreed that the work would be done by a specified date, but it was only completed a month late after several phone calls.
The gate that was installed is excellent. For the fence, however, plastic plugs were used instead of metal ones on the hollow uprights that project above the top rail, and one of them has already broken off.
If you decide to use this company, make sure you get a complete description of the materials that will be used. Also, if you intend to use the Angie's list coupon, make sure the specified discount is shown on the initial estimate. I presented the coupon after the work was done and the owner refused to honor it, claiming it was already factored into the price.

"I called Mr. Verdugo on the 25th and he came out that afternoon. He measured the distance I wanted fenced and came up with a excellent price without having to hagal. I was expecting this to cost a lot more. I was also pleased to find out he was lic. and bonded as most of the small contractors are not. They started  the next day and finished by noon of the 27th. All of his workers were very friendly and there work was excellent. There clean up was very good as well. I would also like to point out the temp. was 105 and no complaining from anyone. I picked Mr. Verdugo to call first as it seemed he had the best record and fewest complaints in the reviews.  When he quoted the price and I knew he was lic. and bonded I didn't need to look any more. I have some more work to be done and will be using Verdugo. Honesty if you need any masonary work to be done and don't give Sergio a call you'll probably regret it. He also mentioned that Angie's list has been great for him so don't forget to tell him you got his name from Angie's list.
