"THE ELECTRICIAN WAS SUPPOSED TO INSTALL THREE LED TAPE LIGHTS, BUT ONLY INSTALLED ONE. ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED THE MATERIALS AT THE STORE SDL RECOMMENDED FROM THE SALES PERSON SDL SPECIFICALLY RECOMMENDED AS AN EXPERT IN LED LIGHTING, THE ELECTRICIAN CLAIMED WE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER MATERIALS NEEDED FOR TWO OF THE LIGHTS. HE REFUSED TO SPLICE A WIRE THAT WAS TOO LONG. IT SEEMED THAT HE HAD NEVER INSTALLED AN LED LIGHT BEFORE. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 90 MINUTES (AND HE CHARGED US FOR TWO FULL HOURS). OTHER ELECTRICIANS WE SPOKE WITH AT THE STORE TOLD US THE JOB SHOULD TAKE 20 TO 30 MINUTES. THE LIGHT THAT WAS INSTALLED PROVIDES ONLY MARGINAL LIGHT DUE TO THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE HAD TO RETURN THE REMAINDER OF THE MATERIALS TO THE STORE. I ALSO HAD TO GO TO THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE TO GET EXTRA MATERIALS THE ELECTRICIAN NEEDED TO INSTALL THE TWO LED LIGHTS THAT, IN THE END, WERE NOT INSTALLED. I AM NOT AN EXPERT, SO I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE ELECTRICIAN OR THE STORE WAS AN FAULT, BUT BOTH CLAIMED THEY WORK TOGETHER DAILY, AND THE STORE AND THE SALESMAN WERE THE ONES RECOMMENDED BY SDL. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND PRETTY EXPENSIVE RELATIVE TO THE RESULT."
