Steven and Carlos were wonderful to work with. I had a list of electrical services I needed completely urgently and Steven was very kind to schedule me in although he was very busy. Carlos showed up on time, was knowledgeable and very efficient. I really appreciate coming across dependable and honest electricians and I will definitely be hiring and highly recommending SDL Electric to all of my Real Estate Clients.

I contacted SDL Electric out of an emergency last minute requirement because another contractor failed to show up on time. Steve (SDL) was great & very responsive over the phone, agreed to come and fix the outlets for me on a Saturday (I called him on Friday evening). Steve came bang on time as he promised, did a great & professional job in a matter of hours. He was courteous throughout and I could not be any happier. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS SUPPOSED TO INSTALL THREE LED TAPE LIGHTS, BUT ONLY INSTALLED ONE. ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED THE MATERIALS AT THE STORE SDL RECOMMENDED FROM THE SALES PERSON SDL SPECIFICALLY RECOMMENDED AS AN EXPERT IN LED LIGHTING, THE ELECTRICIAN CLAIMED WE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER MATERIALS NEEDED FOR TWO OF THE LIGHTS. HE REFUSED TO SPLICE A WIRE THAT WAS TOO LONG. IT SEEMED THAT HE HAD NEVER INSTALLED AN LED LIGHT BEFORE. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 90 MINUTES (AND HE CHARGED US FOR TWO FULL HOURS). OTHER ELECTRICIANS WE SPOKE WITH AT THE STORE TOLD US THE JOB SHOULD TAKE 20 TO 30 MINUTES. THE LIGHT THAT WAS INSTALLED PROVIDES ONLY MARGINAL LIGHT DUE TO THE WAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE HAD TO RETURN THE REMAINDER OF THE MATERIALS TO THE STORE. I ALSO HAD TO GO TO THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE TO GET EXTRA MATERIALS THE ELECTRICIAN NEEDED TO INSTALL THE TWO LED LIGHTS THAT, IN THE END, WERE NOT INSTALLED. I AM NOT AN EXPERT, SO I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE ELECTRICIAN OR THE STORE WAS AN FAULT, BUT BOTH CLAIMED THEY WORK TOGETHER DAILY, AND THE STORE AND THE SALESMAN WERE THE ONES RECOMMENDED BY SDL. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND PRETTY EXPENSIVE RELATIVE TO THE RESULT.

Comprehensive & spent the time to understand the project. Professional on time and did the job as expected.

I was not strong enough to make sure the GFI was reset. I used a screwdriver to make sure. He came, pushed the button and charged me $50. He was at least fair and lowered the basic service call. It was the safest $50 I have every paid and took seconds to fix.
