"Michelle met me at my home only a couple of days after calling her for help. She was prompt and professional. She listened to my needs and guided me to ideas for dining room tables and chairs online that worked with my budget, style and functionality. She suggested I use a couple of pieces that were in the room which saved on my budget. Michelle also helped me choose a light fixture for over the dining room table and called her electrician to see if it would work with the exisitng electrical box. In addition, she helped me with a light fixture in the entry way near the dining room and gave me ideas for table decor. I'm already receiving compliments on my new dining room!
In the past, Michelle has helped update our kitchen and family room areas helping choose new countertops, backsplash, family room furniture pieces and helping me place existing wall, shelf and tabletop decor. We have used her contacts with electricians for indoor and outdoor lighting and granite countertops. She's also guided me to stores that carry our style for fixtures and furniture.

"Our project started with a quote to grade our driveway and courtyard turn-around, but it ended up being such more. As new homeowners of a 15 yr old home, we had much to do to upgrade our outdoor areas. Little did we know the vast experience and knowledge that Cisco possessed. In a short and efficient period of time, we collaborated with Cisco, who, through him and his exceptional teams, created an outdoor space far beyond our expectations. He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. In addition, he designed and installed a professional landscape lighting system. He and his team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, stayed on budget, and completed the job in less than 90 days from contract signing to completion. Truly remarkable!! The work schedule and completion of the job was timely.

The basis for the F on professionalism was Jeremiah's refusal to taken responsibility for minor damage to one of my carriage yard lights. The carriage light pole that is hard metal was cut severing the electrical connection to the light. Jeremiah refused to take responsibility for this and indicated that initially indicated that he would charge me for rewiring this light.

Refusing to accept responsibility for installing a new carriage light, which I have already purchased, has led to me giving this company an F on professionalism.

This is a sad commentary on a company that did an excellent job but insisted on doing battle on meeting their commitment to repair any damage that they caused.

Too bad since I was considering having this company do additional work on upgrading my back yard.

"Very clean and professional. Roger and his team did an excellent job. We were installing canned lighting in our kitchen and front. Roger spent time with me reviewing the best locations for the lighting as well as the switch locations. Best of all, he did not leave me with a dry wall project when they were done. Will hire again."

"I found Outdoor Xscapes at the Home & Landscape show last September. From the first time Steve M. came to my home he was nothing but punctual, professional and helpful. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was able to translate that to a plan. Even after several revisions and the decision to wait until after the holidays to begin the work, there was never any pressure from him. The work started on January 16th. The crew they sent was amazing, there were at least 12 workers the first & second days. In the course of 4 days they removed a 40x10 concrete patio, removed 1400 sf of grass, built a 3ft masonry wall, two 25 ft planters, 70 ft of stucco seat wall, laid 1700 sf of pavers, bulit a fire pit and installed the propane tank, topped all the walls with Travertine caps, planted 12 shrubs,and installed a drip system and low voltage lights. I can't say enough about Jorge, Carlos, Pablo and the rest of the crew. Any time I had a question or concern they were able to address it. Steve called every day to check in with me to make sure I was happy. If you want a great company to do landscaping, Outdoor Xcapes should be your first call."
