"I had reached out to five different Tesla approved companies, MaxCharged being one of them. It was the only company that had someone come out, Nick, to view the home and provide an estimate. Also, they were only one of two that even mentioned that my city required a permit and that they assist with that process. Nick gave me great information and answered all my questions. I approved the estimate, and the company kept me apprised throughout the permitting process. When completed, they scheduled a date and time. Nick and his colleague were both on time, thorough, and cleaned up after. The whole install took about three hours, and I was very pleased with the results. I'd like to recommend them both, as well as Emilie who was the one who kept me in the loop and assisted with a payment issue. Not a MaxCharged issue, it was my banks problem. "My wife & I recently experienced a problem with one of our home's exterior GFCI duplex outlets (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). As it turned out, we had two (2) GFCI's on the same circuit when we only needed one (1). One unit was replaced with a regular duplex outlet leaving just one (1) GFCI to protect the circuit which is as it should be. This was tied into our pool equipment panel and protected by an internal 20amp circuit breaker. There were a few other issues as well but the primary purpose of this "review" is to let others know how we feel about the service that we received from Mr. Electric. Our experience was, in fact, a very good one and the electrician, Robert F., was a pleasure to work with as it turned out. He was willing to listen carefully to our description of what we had experienced and then took the time to explain the possible causes prior to his actual trouble shooting. When he saw that I took an interest in learning the basics, he also took the time to explain what he was doing & why which proved to be an extra-added benefit. Robert has been in the business for some 25 years and his skill & expertise were equaled by his attention to details as well as a genuine concern for this customer's inquisitive mind. This was, in fact, our third experience with using Mr. Electric in the same home as on two other separate occasions I had outlets & switching installed in our garage/workshop area for both our garage door opener as well as power & a switch for my workshop lighting. Our other experience was when we needed a difficult to reach ceiling fan installed which also required some work in the attic to run the wiring. In each & every situation the work was performed by professionals who knew their trade & then some with outstanding overall performance & service as the end result. If you are in need of having electrical work performed in your home or business, we highly recommend Mr. Electric's service hands down. "Don’t hesitate to hire Resko Electric to install any electrical projects you have. I found from the beginning they openly communicated cost of each light fixture, ceiling fans and replacement of dimmer switch. They were reliable and showed up on time and I appreciated using a text to update my arrival time but also Angie’s email/app allowed me to add on another project which they added on with out a problem. The tech was professional, highly skilled and cleaned up while installing each fixture, pricing was very fair. Do yourself a favor and if Resko is recommended from Angie’s list make them your choice! "T.E.C. Electric was outstanding , professional, communicated with me through the process and affordable. Rodney came out to assess a main breaker panel replacement for my home that was built in 1984. He found the main breaker was starting to fail which was causing power issues without tripping any breakers. The issue was causing certain half the panel to sporadically lose power and come back on randomly. He recommended replacing the whole panel and informed me what the process would require regarding permits, coordinating with APS and the City. All went smooth and the work was excellent. I would definitely hire T.E.C. Electric again. This is a owner operator company and the work is done by code and completed in a professional manner. Definitely 5 stars for this company.
