I chose Turn It On Electric because the electrician, Miguel, took the time to think through the wiring in such a way that it would have minimal impact on the drywall. Also, he did not try to talk me into "Easy" solutions, e.g., putting a new switch right by the new light vs running a wire to the existing switch box. I will use them again.

The overall experience was good; the only thing getting in the way of a higher rating is that after replacing kitchen outlets the garbage disposal lost power and that was not caught. However the follow-up was good with questions answered and at this point I believe everything is functioning.

Do not use TIO. If anything goes wrong they will not stand behind the products they sell. I bought an expensive Google Nest smoke alarm system from them, which started chirping and couldn't be shut off. To be fair, they did try to correct the problem several times, including sending the alarms back to be checked for problems. Long story short, when the issue couldn't be fixed they left me with a cheaper smoke alarm system and would not reimburse me for the difference, saying they couldn't take back the used items. So now I'm stuck with four useless pieces of junk and did not get the system I paid for. Be very careful dealing with them.

After getting an estimate for wiring and hanging ring cameras in our backyard, the technician got started on the work and said he would back to complete the job. We paid the FULL PRICE. When we called to follow up to get the technician back out to complete what we had an estimate for, they claimed we needed a whole new estimate and that technician would not be back out. Totally ripped us off

I asked TIO Electric to hardwire my new electric car charger to an existing 50 am circuit, replacing a NEMA plug that already existed. Conrad did a great job - it took two trips due to no fault of his (the manufacturer did not include the required compression lugs) but ultimately was done without issue and works perfectly. Thank you!

The work performed was not an issue, the communication with the company was poor to nonexistent. The company priced itself out of the market and demanded payment in full before the work was completed, project delayed by not having the supressor in stock and then upon demand for a refund for the work not performed and parts not delivered, they magically completed the work, a week after they promised the completion date.

The first appointment was canceled by TIO Electric at the last minute. This was problematic because we were told to arrange to be without electricity for several hours. However, TIO understood the inconvenience this caused and discounted their fee $100.

Committed to a circuit check for over $300 and it was only a stuck button on the receptacle. I loved and referred this company for a long time but that has ended. They behave like every other money hungry contractor now.
