I recently hired Double Elite Cleaning Co for an internal apartment cleaning and was blown away! The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Every surface, from baseboards to light fixtures, was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom shined, and even small details like vents, door frames, and behind furniture were perfectly cleaned. Their attention to detail is unmatched. On top of that, their customer service was exceptional, communicative, and accommodating to all my requests. They even shared helpful tips for keeping my apartment tidy. I highly recommend Double Elite Cleaning Co and will definitely use them again!

I had high hopes for this company but unfortunately expectations were not met. They accepted my business knowing my wants, and then failed to provide what was promised. I had concerns about the jobs hired for, and I expressed them, prior, to be told I was guaranteed it would be done, and done right. It was not. And when brought to the owners attention, her excuse was sorry I live too far or else she?d normally have someone come fix it. I paid $600 for my garage to be fully cleaned and organized. The team spent one hour on it, didn?t clean anything, dust still everywhere and I had to sweep, and did not organize or even attempt to, at all. They just moved all items to one side. $600. For one hour of work and they?re unwilling to rectify or make it right. I have all receipts of convos and photos so whatever response you care to come up with, save it. I gave ample chances to fix this but she just would not accept responsibility. Very disappointed.

They did an amazing job!

They did a terrible job. I know the house was dirty, but we ended revacuuming, recleaning all the cabinets and surfaces, and cleaning the walls. These are all things they said they would do. They said there were 3 girls on one day for 5 hours and 1 girl on the second day for 2 hours. Seems like the kitchen and the carpets could be a lot cleaner for that amount of time.

Amanda and her team help me maintain and clean my airbnb property as Iâ m an out of state resident, I have never been disappointed. They definitely go out of the way for me with some of my requests and they have always been so helpful with everything, definitely recommend, have never had any issues in regards with them being on time for the cleaning and getting it done. Most reliable team and the best customer service from the owner!

We booked Double Elite Cleaning Co for our move out clean. I knew our house was dirty, and it was going to be a lot of work. So we reached out and the quote was more than reasonable! We had 4 cleaners come for our house and I wanted to shout out Kate for being so sweet, accommodating, and AMAZING! The whole team did a spectacular job! They did things that I wasn't expecting them to, like cleaning toilet tanks, the rings on our stove that I thought were permanently there, and wiped everything possible down. Our backyard is mostly dirt so our house was VERY dusty and when we came back for the walk through it was spotless. Thank you all for the work you do!! We are so grateful!!!!
