"EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin.
