We had some heavy work to do in order to fix: remove shower, tub, punch a hole in the concrete, and dig a hole under the house to expose the plumbing. However and even though the problem was on a holiday, I think paying about $400 for an hours' worth of labor is excessive and I feel totally taken advantage of. There was a bad leak, it needed to be fixed and in this heat one cannot be without water to the house for 24 hours. They "had me where they wanted me" and I had no choice but to pay this outrageous bill. Never again."
