"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"This is the second time I have hired Clint/Complete Plumbing & Drain Services, Inc. I cannot say enough great things about him and his company! From the moment I contacted him about our R/O system needing service, I received conscientious, knowledgeable, and professional care. He came in the time frame he promised. He took care to do all the work necessary (no cutting corners to save time) to remove the old filters and membrane; clean; sterilize and flush the system completely so there was no aftertaste of cleaner. Then he installed all the new filters and membrane. He made sure everything was in working order and gave detailed and complete instructions on what to do to make the system ready to use again. It was necessary to let it fill for 3 hours; then turn on the faucet to empty the tank again; shut faucet; then three more hours to refill before using it. He included what to do about the refrigerator water and ice dispensers as well. It is nice not be left to 'google' what to do because no information was given for what to do once he left. He made sure he covered all the bases and I understood! Sorry Home Advisor only has 5 stars. He deserves many more! I would, unequivocally, recommend him! You won't find better in the Valley!"
