"Dabella promises the world. The reality is that once they receive the money, they are not so eager to get things done. I had several disagreements with them pertaining to the installation. It was time consuming and irritating. On the other hand, the installers were great. The were prompt, clean and professional. Then I had to deal with getting the warranty which took 3 months. I later found out that one of my neighbors had the same windows installed by a different company for much less than I paid to Dabella. Lastly, I did not receive the windows that Dabella gave me a picture of to take to my HOA. Although I really liked the installers and the windows are okay, I would not use this company again because their promises are vacuous and some office employees are rude.
