He was very polite and on time when he first came over, but he didn't fix any of the leaks, he had me get a new pump that I probably didn't need. He did not fill the Jacuzzi back up and test it, he couldn't even get the side of the Jacuzzi back on and needed to call someone that was not there. He almost broke he side as he was trying to bend it. After he got my money, and the Jacuzzi was still leaking, and he missed his appointment to come back, he didn't even return calls. I made 4 the day that he missed the appointment and two more after, so he took the money and ran. I read some of the other reviews and they are all one line he was great, I would use him all the time messages, which I think he had his friends or family post. He could not be this bad without a pattern. I am surprised that he is even on this site.

He asked for a sizable amount of money --300.00 up front and took the entire motor etc. with him to repair. I was apprehensive of this so I asked him to sign a paper stating what items were taken and the cost involved. He called from home and told me there would be an additional charge of 125.00 for the repair of the board. I agreed and he did get the spa in working condition so far. The items are warrantied for 60 days. He was very pleasant during the process. The entire cost was $525.00. I did not get any other quotes. I only hope it continues to work properly.
