"Had a broken window out on the patio and after contacting RedLine, they sent someone over the next day to take the measurements and determine window frame type and glass type. Received a quote the very same day. Quoted 5-7 days and the glass was ready in 3 business days. installer showed up and was very efficient and friendly. Replaced the glass within about 30 minutes. Very good experience and would highly recommend for your glass replacement needs."

"Excellent service. They were on time and did a great job. They beat there competion on price. Plus just when I thought for sure that I would have to replace my entire sliding glass door Mr Garcia was able to repair my old one. This saved me a fortune. Would definetly use again and recommend to a friend."

"We are new to AZ and the home we bought had really heavy glass sliders. Neither my husband nor myself could open or have access to backyard. We contacted True View’s Wesley Taylor who came to our home, gave us good quote, told us when we could expect to have the necessary installation. We received a call the day before and were delighted when Adam Minjarez and David Valenzuela arrived early am and proceeded to do a super job for us. We can open those glass doors easily and for the first time in over a year, we have easy access to our backyard! Thanks True View for great associates and a great job! We really appreciate doing business with you and should the need arrive, we will do so again!"

"It only took parts of two consecutive days to replace the windows and sliding glass door in my house. Crew was efficient and professional, and they CLEAND UP AFTER THEMSELVES to the point that my wife "did not bat an eye" when they were finished. The windows are high quality, operate very smoothly, and the soundproofing they provide is (as promised) a substantial upgrade."

"great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial."

"Russell called me within minutes of my request for quotes. I bought my home brand new in 2023, and just recently I noticed the glass shower panel slipping out of the U-channel. I tried to fix it myself, but I couldn’t get the glass to sit properly so the door would close evenly. Russell came to the rescue! He immediately understood the issue and knew exactly how to fix it. He was quick, professional, tidy, and very affordable. I’m already thinking about adding glass doors in my other two bathrooms, and Russell will be the first person I call for the job."

"Dabella promises the world. The reality is that once they receive the money, they are not so eager to get things done. I had several disagreements with them pertaining to the installation. It was time consuming and irritating. On the other hand, the installers were great. The were prompt, clean and professional. Then I had to deal with getting the warranty which took 3 months. I later found out that one of my neighbors had the same windows installed by a different company for much less than I paid to Dabella. Lastly, I did not receive the windows that Dabella gave me a picture of to take to my HOA. Although I really liked the installers and the windows are okay, I would not use this company again because their promises are vacuous and some office employees are rude. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The window was high quality. I decided to go with another company only because I am selling my house and was able to get more windows replaced at a lower cost with this other company."
