"We called them on a Sunday and received a reply within the hour. They came out a couple days later (it would have been sooner had we requested) and made the repair on the spot. Since it was a previous repair of theirs, they fixed the issue, sent a photo of the repair to me on my phone , and that was the end of the issue. We were not charged additionally for the work. Really impressed that they responded quickly and were so customer oriented."

"Angel Air scheduled a technician Mike the next morning to review the performance of my 5 ton 2 stage AC unit. Mike adjusted both stages of the compressor fan speed which improved the cool air output at the registers to an acceptable level . Luckily, as he was preparing to close the unit the intermittent noise started, and he detected that the screws for the compressor cover were not totally tightened which now corrected both conditions. Mike was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I feel an asset to your company. After eight years of satisfied service, I continue to recommend friends to your company ."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We were thrilled they were available to do our job soon after we requested the service. They were prompt, worked hard to complete our job on the hottest day of the summer, and finished the whole job in one day. We already notice a difference in that we can keep the a/c at a higher temperature. They submitted the rebate paperwork for us. The price above includes tax, but does not include the deduction of the rebates. I have no clue whether this was a good price, but we needed the work done desperately and the only other quote we got was from a company that couldn't do the work until the end of August.

** UPDATE ** Marshall Insulation came back out this week to check their work, after an employee left the company. They said they just wanted to be sure the job was done right, and it was. They went the extra mile to deliver excellent service!"

"Was very surprised when he was able to make out the same day. It was Very hot summer day I know he was tired and at about 8pm he still came to repair the compressor on my fridge not leaving till around 10:00pm. The price was reasonable and fair without the gouging. The Work was solid and I have had no issues since. Speaking with him during the visit I learned that he was a service tech for Sears for years before starting his own business and more than likely one of the techs Sears would have sent in my area. I appreciate Mr. Brown's service and would definitely recommend his services. Thank you for your service and taking the time to help us out so we wouldn’t lose the food in our fridge.
