In April 2025, we hired Achoo to replace our two heat pumps. Initial experience was very good - but then, they hadn't yet been paid. Post installation, we have had continuous issues with one of the two units. Today both are set at 78 degrees, the area of the house one covers is 83 degrees and climbing. Achoo has made numerous appointments with us to repair, and every time they have failed to show up. One time saying "if I don't show up it's because I'm dead". We are still looking for his obituary. We then contacted our home warranty company. They gave the assignment to Achoo - who failed to show up. We called back to the warranty company, they promised Achoo would show up for a new appointment. They did not. It's now October 31st 2025. Another HVAC company replaced the "TXV" in the failing unit, and recharged the freon. We are out of pocket over $3,400 getting our system fixed. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!

Edwin was good at doing his job. In fact, he has done many repairs for me in the past decade. His price is very reasonable and he is mindful about saving me money when possible, like getting parts through warranty.
