"WOW!!!!! Not only were they punctual, customer service went the extra mile with notification. I received a call an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask if it was OK for the tech to come early, then they sent a message letting me know the technician was enroute with a photo of the tech. Timothy Revilla was very thorough and HONEST! It turned out that the position of the drain due to the house shifting is the cause of my slow draining shower. He found no obstruction in the drain/pipe, so there was nothing He needed to do. His honesty is highly commended and appreciated. He could’ve ran a snake, did other unneeded service and charged me.
