I just have to rave about this incredible plumbing crew! So, listen, the owner himself, Spencer, totally saved the day by coming over *super* quick when I needed help — like, on a moment’s notice! I was all set to wait ages for my home warranty to step in, and even thought about filing an insurance claim, thinking I had a big leak inside the walls. But guess what? Steadfast Plumbing was on it in minutes! They quickly figured out that the noise was coming from a weird toilet issue, not a leak, and took care of everything right then and there. And the best part? Spencer noticed my sink drain plug was broken and, without even asking, fixed it for free! Talk about going above and beyond! Honestly, these guys are the absolute best — friendly, fast, and so thoughtful!

He stayed within the estimate I was originally given and fixed several issues left behind by the previous company. Amazing service and prices. They were the first to respond when I reached out asking for quotes to fix our water heater. Matthew came straight out to give us quotes and very kindly broke the bad news that our water heater needed replacing. He was so thorough in explaining the problem, checking everything, and giving our quote. I had two other companies give quotes and they were much more expensive. Spencer followed up with us immediately to see if we had any questions on the quote and offered to get the job done that day (granted it was already about noon at this point). We ended up scheduling Matthew for the next morning. He was prompt, friendly, thorough, straightforward, honest and timely. He even took the time to check our water pressure valve after another company scare tactic-ed me in making me believe I needed to spend another 1300 replacing it or my pipes might burst (ð ¡ð ¡ð ¡). He put my mind at ease and even adjusted it for free so that we could have better water pressure. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing AND they are great people.

I have installed 15 to 20 water heaters over the years myself and I would recommend Spencer if you want a quality installation with no hassles. I was impressed with his ability and workmanship. He made the job complete with new valves and supply lines, etc.
