I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted.
