I dealt mainly with Rodney and he was very professional. I knew what I was looking for and I actually went to their yard were they keep the granite and materials. He showed me what I wanted and I was very pleased. I did notice when the two guys left the bathroom counter had a ruff spot that was not smoothed out and they did not clean it. It still had writing on it.
What I like about their service:
1. The installers worked fast, professionally.
2. They carry good variety of materials, and the price is reasonable.
3. They cut the countertop L shape in one piece.
What I hate about their service:
1. Their customer service was horrible. One time I called and I got really upset. The lady was really brazen and rude. The most frustrating thing was their time estimation. I was told the installation would happen in about three weeks from the day I made 75% deposit. Third week approached, and I didn't hear from them, so I called. I was told to contact them again 1 or 2 weeks later. I called again in about 1 and 1/2 weeks, and all I was told that they couldn't even tell the approximate date when the installation could happen. It actually took 6 weeks, twice more time they first estimated. If they couldn't meet the estimated date, they at least should have sent an email explaining that it would be delayed.
2. I see some small chips here and there at the end of the counter top facing the wall. I don't know if this is inevitable while cutting the board , but after spending thousands of dollars, I expect better quality. The counter top looks beautiful overall, so I probably let it pass. Besides, I don't want to deal with them again and possibly ruin my holiday spirits.
"this is a older order so im not sure on all the details...the first thing i found in the order is this was not done has a countertop store job it was though direct buy, we were just the fab and install which does not change that we will take any problems, which by my paperwork we did...when we do not have full control over the job from start to finish, communication problems can happen...the notes on the job folder say we had to leave job due to the number of sub contractors in the kit area, the customers builder was told we would have to come back after the other subs were done in kit...i am sure this is why the customer is not happy with us, but i would have done it the same way we can not work over other people on the job site...."
