I like the Home Depot. Sometimes it is hard to find anyone to help you in a department.

Not thrilled with Home Depot because it was hard to get someone to help you, but the carpet installation and the carpet itself went amazingly and looks great.

I wrote a check in December 05. The work was completed in late August 06 because the "designer" didn't allow for blind corner cabinets, among other things, which caused measurements to be off completely. We had to reorder cabinets at least six times because he kept using the wrong measurements. He never made one trip to my house to see any problem for himself, nor did anyone else from the store until I finally threw a hissy fit and demanded someone come by. He kept blaming the installer for the errors--the installer was the one who was the professional. If it weren't for him, I'd still probably not have a kitchen! He and the subcontractors who did the plumbing and countertops were pros. I'd hire them again in a minute, but I won't ever step foot in a Home Depot again.

I was very disappointed with the work that this company did. The seam is very visible and I would never use them again. A two day job turned into a six day job that was not even done correctly. The only thing that was somewhat pleasant about this company was the professionalism from a manager actually in the store that I was complaining to. He really did not have a choice though because I sat there until they made arrangements to fix the problem.

Home Depot did a real good job and I was very impressed. I thought they were very reasonable with their pricing and their professionalism was also kindly given. They worked real hard to get things done correctly. I enjoy the carpeting, it looks beautiful.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked one room at a time cleaning up all the debris before starting the installation or moving on to the next room. They were very professional and we were satisfied with the ending results. They carried themselves very well while they were doing the work. They were very trustful.

What a mess this was. It took three months to finally get the correct sliding glass door that I wanted. The original door they ordered was the wrong color so they had to reorder it. When I called them, I was put on hold for about 45 minutes and they couldn t even find any paper work that showed that I had paid them the $300 for this door. I guess that's why we write checks. I have never been more disgusted.

There was a one month wait on the door because we had to special order it. Once we got it, it only took a little over an hour to install it. They were so fast and very professional. My husband and I were very pleased with their work.

Home Depot has done many services for us in our home. We are always pleased with their service. The workers are great to work with. I think the work is superb. I do not remember the price but I m sure it was fair. I would recommend them to others.

The price for this type of service was the lowest we could find and the service was very good. We had a great deal of assistance in selecting the doors and the two men who installed them were nice and professional. It was completed in a little over an hour and both doors close and latch very tightly. It has improved security a little and the front door is very attractive.

My wife and I wanted to remodel the kitchen for awhile, so we looked around and found Home Depot. We were able to find the kitchen counters we wanted, and as we speak, my wife is at a free class that Home Depot offers for doing the backsplash on the walls. The guys from Home Depot were very organized, and it really seemed like they have done this sort of thing before. After they tore out the old counter top, they took the cupboard doors off and replaced them first. They even offered to do the relining of the shelves in the cupboards. I think I will hire them to do my bathrooms next.

The quality of the cabinets was poor. The flooring guys they sent out did work that I felt was inferior to what I would have liked. The countertops quality was great, and so were the guys who installed it. Home Depot had to have the other guys back out to replace some of the cabinet doors and to their credit they stood firmly behind their product. I might use them again based on their customer service over all.
