"Really hard sell from the salesperson. They pushed how they are the best for service. a three-month wait for the windows to be constructed. I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

We were discouraged, to say the least, and wondered if we would ever find someone whom we felt we could trustâ ¦ and then we met Brandon. From our very first meeting, Brandon put us at ease. His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list.
