We were very happy with Linco.  The granite in both rooms fits perfectly and looks great.  The installers were friendly but professional.  They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't mind at all when I asked questions during the installation.  We were concerned about the visibility of a required seam [which we knew about in advance based on their plan];  their process made the seam almost invisible.
Their overall price was very reasonable -- less than the big box places, but because they are a small company, you know who you're dealing with because you get to know them during the process.  They are even making us a pair of small table tops from the leftover material -- cutting and polishing the edges for a nominal fee.  We will gladly use them again when we do our master bath.

Very well. They installed two vanity countertops quickly and professionally. They look great! They worked us into their schedule as quickly as possible and, once again, their cut outs and edge preparation was flawless. Since the vanities were relatively small, we were able to select a remanant quartz from other jobs and doing so saved us some money. Undermount sink installation method they use is superior to other methods I have seen. While they were here they did some buffing of previously installed kitchen countertops that they installed two years ago. Service after the sale is great!

I had called Linco to give me an estimate after I ran into continual trouble getting Ceasartstone quartz from Alpha Countertops in Russellville, AR. I sent my hand drawing and Lee gave me a call the next day with an estimate, several hundred dollars less than Alpha. I ended up cancelling my contract with Alpha, that I had been waiting on for upwards of four months and went with Linco. Jesse, the templater, came out in the next few days and he got his information completed. I did have to wait on another shipment of quartz to come which made me have to wait for about six weeks. They set up an install date. I couldn't get my plumber that quickly, so Linco rearranged another job with mine, so that I wouldn't have to go all weekend without a kitchen sink. The guys came and tore out the old countertops, not an easy task, in my case. They started installing and all the cuts were made in the shop and were and quot;spot onand quot;. They did make a mess on the hardwood floors doing their seams. I should have made them cover the floor first. Next time I'll know. They installed the quartz which took all day. I noticed that a back splash piece was forgotten. I called Lee up the next day, and within a couple of days, they traveled 75 miles to put it on. I had a scare with some stone sealer that my tile installer used, and again I called Lee Linville up and he helped get the situation resolved. I couldn't ask for any better service than what they provided at Linco Countertops.

The countertops were cut with high pressure water. All rounding, plumbing, stove and sink cutouts were precise and excellently done. The granite is high quality! Delivery and Installation was flawless and done quickly. We love the finished product and will definitely use them again. Very friendly and professional.

Overall a good supplier and experience. First of all the price was excellent. 25% less than another supplier who priced the job. I saved big bucks with Linco and quality didn't suffer. Ordering process was easy for me. They took my estimate from another supplier and gave me an on the spot estimate. The showroom was relaxed, no pressure.
The quality of the installation I would describe as good not great. Had an issue with the way an appliance fit the space and an issue with a seam being too visible after the backsplash was installed. They fixed the seam promptly and did what they could about the appliance.
They were very punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would. Always called to let me know they were on the way.
My biggest criticism is the communication between the sale/order and install could have been a lot better. When I e-mailed my sink faucets, appliances and backsplash tile choices they didn't confirm they had gotten the email which left me wondering. I also called to inquire about whether the sinks I ordered came with drain baskets and didn't get a call back about whether they could get them for me until the day before the install over a week after I called. By then I already had to order them online and of course one I ordered was the wrong thing. I also had to call to confirm my install date was still what they told me when I ordered. To their credit the date never moved though. It would be nice if they would just spend a lsome time communicating with the client about the progress of their job instead of the client having to call them.
But overall I would recommend them. My granite, sinks and backsplash look great. It's worth the trip to Cabot because of the pricing.

I'm very impressed with them and I have no complaints. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. They're very punctual and they work with me. My neighbors are having work done by them this week as a matter of fact. I would surely use them again in the future. I wouldn't recommend them to my neighbors if they weren't good. I think my neighbors were equally impressed with them.

From my first contact with Linco, I knew I was dealing with people who take pride in their work and are committed to a high level of outstanding customer service. I needed a granite counter top for a small vanity cabinet in a guest bathroom that I was renovating. I visited several granite showrooms and fabricators and was met with a ho-hum attitude from each the moment I gave the size of the counter top. (What I didn't tell them was that I'd be renovating a master bath and adding a master suite to my unfinished attic as soon as I completed the guest bath. Both would have granite counter tops and tub decks.) The people at Linco acted like my small project was as important to them as it was to me. It didn't matter to them that it was a small job. I provided Linco with samples of my tile and also a door from the cabinet. I had in mind what I wanted in the way of granite. Linco's designer (who is also a co-owner), suggested a variety of possibilities for the granite. One of them was much darker than I had considered, but when I put the tile and cabinet door next to it, I knew it was exactly what I wanted - plus it was a remnant left over from another job and was a lot less expensive than I expected to pay. I placed the order that day. Three weeks later, as scheduled, the Linco installation crew came to my house and installed the counter top, back splash, and under mount sink. They worked quickly, were professional and courteous, and took special care to leave the area clean. I will be using Linco for my other two bathroom projects, plus if I decide to re-do the granite counter tops in my kitchen, I will want Linco to do the work. I am so happy with the finished product in my guest bath. It is absolutely gorgeous and is the crowning touch in a completely renovated space. The people at Linco are wonderful to work with, plus they provide a gorgeous product with the highest level of craftsmanship at a very competitive price. I am pleased to recommend Linco for any counter top project.

I selected granite for countertops in two bathrooms and our kitchen at the Linco showroom. Linco employees measured and installed the countertops. I selected tile for the kitchen backsplash at their tile provider's showroom and decided on a general design. Linco subcontracted the backsplash tile work to someone who they described as an artist. He took my design idea and created a beautiful backsplash. We are very pleased with all the work and would recommend them to others.

The boys arrived as scheduled, calling as they were preparing to leave the shop. The old counters were removed and new tops installed quicklly and efficiently. We had 1 troublesome seam that the boys worked very on, but ended up taking 2 return trips to meet both ours and their expectations, but the job was completed to everyones satisfaction. In our experience we found everybody involved with the company to be polite and professional.

The experience with this company was excellent. I visited their showroom in Cabot, viewed slabs of granite there. They answered my questions well. They were prompt, both for the templating and the installation, arriving exactly when they said they would. Their people were easy to deal with. Their installers were impressively fast and good. I would certainly choose them again. Highly recommended based on our experience.
