As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

The team showed up almost on time and were very polite and professional. The problem is they did NOT repair the leak. This team was only for detection. When I called the office, she said that she told me the $600 was for detection and the repair would be extra. I said I know the repair would depend on the problem, but I had expected a repair the same day. This miscommunication has put me without water for another week while I wait on a local plumber. To say I am disappointed is an understatement."

I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year, but it turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company.
