"We contracted Wilson Home Services for a pretty large remodel job on our house. We moved wood paneling throughout the house, installed new flooring and baseboards, walls repainted, kitchen/bathroom cabinets painted, busted pipe fixed, and transformed a large garage into an additional bed room that required extensive flooring, drywall, and electrical work along with installation of a mini-split heating & air unit. The entire project took from November to early February (breaking for the holidays). The level of their workmanship, straight forward pricing, staying on budget, and Brandon's availability to communicate and answer questions are the biggest reasons I would highly recommend them to anyone. Only constructive feedback I have would be around small details (which they ALWAYS followed up on when I asked) and their communication around when people would be working (got surprised one Saturday morning). Overall, they did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using Brandon and his crew the next time we want something done."

"Look no further for a reliable, honest and fair priced roofing company! We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. In addition, Edwin is a great communicator! He promptly responded to all our calls and texts. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. This was a very important aspect for us as it assured proper supervision and superior work. The job was done quickly and professionally with the crew taking great care to avoid damage to gutters, our deck or landscaping. The cleanup was outstanding, leaving no trace that such a major project was undertaken. When the job was complete, Edwin visited to do a final inspection and make sure we had no questions or concerns about the job. "This company was one of 5 over two days that came and inspected my roof and gave an estimate for repairs. This company was the only one that took the time and trouble to inspect the situation from the attic as well as the roof. Very thorough and very clear on the repairs that he recommended and reasons for them. The estimate was not the cheapest but for the work proposed, i felt it was fair. I was able to schedule the work done within one week. I was given the date and time of the repair men and they arrived as scheduled. They went right to work and I could see that they were in the right area and the materials they took up to the roof. These gentlemen were done with the removal of the shingles, replacement of the vent with a metal vent and reshingling with new near matching shingles and any other necessary work in just over two hours. They also kindly blew out the gutter debris on that side of the roof. They left no mess except maybe some of that gutter debris. It rained again soon after with no further leakage; YAY!"

"I hired Noah with JM Roofing to come out and give us a estimate for a roof over our soon to be built patio. When Noah arrived he noticed my roof was in need of repair and told me to get with State Farm to have them come and look at it and to let him know when they would be at my house and he would meet them to inspect my roof together. Few days later on 3/8/17 State Farm came out and along with Noah they deemed my roof / garage door had around $8300.00 worth of damage due to recent storms.All throughout the process Noah was great to text and call me when things came up. Once it was deemed I needed a new roof and garage door , Noah got the ball rolling with getting everything lined up to do. On Monday morning 3/13/17 his crew showed up to do my roof and they stayed until 7:45 pm that night in the cold to make sure it was done and done right. They made sure to go through my yard twice with their big magnet to get any nails and staples out of my yard so that my kids and dog would not get hurt. Their crew was very courteous and polite and they really cleaned up their work site once they were done. The next day on 3/14/17 the garage tech came out and installed our new garage door and new trim around it. I had a question about the spring on the door and when I called Noah to ask about it , Noah called the garage tech and the garage tech called me back within 5 minutes with answers to my question. Awesome customer service. From start to finish this whole project from the time State Farm was at my house inspecting until the project was complete was 4 days not including the weekend.I would highly recommend JM Roofing for any projects that come up. Their crew that put my roof on was hands down awesome. I am planning on using them again in the future on projects that arise."
