Lockridge Construction

This guest bath remodel is our third project that Rick Lockridge has done for us. Deck repair, then new window installation and now this bathroom remodel. Great work, very reasonable and gets work done when promised. He is the best contractor I have ever used.

We have been really pleased with him. He had to do some pretty substantial construction on that and he did a superb job. Actually I am not sure if he has a company name. He used to be a builder up here, but he just does pretty much everything including any type of construction and remodel. He does just about anything. He was recommended by our local hardware store. We had just moved up here last June and we had some deck work that needed done. He came over and did that and did a great job. He was the only guy we ever really considered after we had him in the house once. He does just about anything construction-wise. The price we paid was the total amount for the two jobs. We paid for the materials ourselves as far as the windows go. He is the only person I would have to do any construction, or remodel, or any type of work in my house.
