Julio with CR Quality Homes is incredibly attentive and communicative. We had a very complex historic home remodel that multiple other contractors had walked away from, leaving the house with many challenges for a new contractor to deal with. Julio took it on, all while we were out of state, and managed to solve all of the issues from previous contractors, and complete the project. I would highly recommend Julio. He is someone with integrity, and will be open with challenges, not try to hide them from you. He will over communicate all the details so that your expectations can be managed and met.
