We inquired on a Monday and got a response within 30 minutes. Cody came out the following Monday (on time) and assessed our situation, gave his bid and his office called to set an appointment. Cody's hvac guy was out early afternoon and done on time with no upcharge. Cody also is a fully licensed contractor in regards to remodeling and handyman services. Possibly more. Their representative measured and explained all the details of how the work would be done and gave us an approximate date of installation (within a week of estimation). We were notified via email and then called to verify when they were coming...this allowed us to be prepared for that day. The installers were right on time, and began work immediately upon arrival. They worked efficiently and quickly to complete the task in barely over an hour. Installation was in the spring, so they cleaned out the debris from the fall/winter and I guess we will see how well it works this coming fall.
