"This was probably the most convenient, hassle free, experience we've ever had with any contractor and that goes all the way back to 87. There was literally zero b.s. We inquired on a Monday and got a response within 30 minutes. Cody came out the following Monday (on time) and assessed our situation, gave his bid and his office called to set an appointment. Cody's hvac guy was out early afternoon and done on time with no upcharge. Cody also is a fully licensed contractor in regards to remodeling and handyman services. Possibly more. That is good to know. I've already referred him to one person so far. Thanks again for the excellent service!"

"So happy we found O’Franco Roofing! In 3 days our hail-damaged roof was removed, re-felted, and impact resistant Malarkey shingles were installed, all finishing details attended to, magnet used to find stray nails...and I would not have known they had been there, except our roof is absolutely beautiful! Very professional, fast, thorough, and quote was in line with another we sourced. No surprises. VERY satisfied!"

"Our house was damaged by a tree that fell on the roof. After the roof was rebuilt by carpenters, Weather Proofing Experts agreed to apply the roof shingles. They did so very quickly to avoid any more water damage to the house interior. They even came on a Saturday with a crew of 4 to make the house weather tight again before more rain the next day. I really appreciate the fact that the roof was applied within a week of the damage and the cost was totally within the estimate of the insurance adjuster. I would definitely call Weather Proofing Experts again if I need more roof work."
