This installation was managed by Cole. It was a difficult project with lage pieces of glass. The installation went amazingly well. Everything fit very well and it was well coordinated. Excellent company to work with.

I hired them to hang a bathroom mirror. Within two days, the mirror fell and smashed onto the floor. The company refunded the cost of hanging the mirror but took no responsibility for replacing the expensive mirror.

We used NSGM to replace the dual pane glass for a broken window in our garage. I am absolutely pleased with the the experience from initial inquiry to installation and payment. They are super responsive to inquiries, responding within the day to my request for a ball park estimate given rough measurements. After calling around I found that their pricing was competitive but their friendliness and responsiveness is what won my business. I easily scheduled an official estimate via phone call. They arrived when they said they would and took measurements in 5 minutes before heading out. I received a turnkey quote from them electronically later that day and paid the deposit to schedule the work electronically. The same lady reached out to me within a day or two to give me an ETA on the glass order (lead times was 4 weeks, which was similar to others in the area), and to schedule install. Fast forward to today and the installers came when they said they would, gave 30 minute heads up when they were on their way, and installed in about 30 minutes, with no clean up required on my side. I can pay the remainder of my balance electronically with zero hassle. The only downside is that now I need to clean the rest of my windows because this pane looks crystal clear! :) Thanks, Eli and team, keep doing an awesome job!
