"Excellent! Robert Pannell is the owner & operator. His sons also assist him so it is a family business. He responded very quickly & came out the same week. We have three air conditioner units & two dryer vents. They completed the job within four hours because two of his sons assistants him. They wore masks & used social distancing which we appreciated since we have an older at risk household member. He also used a healthy disinfectant spray in the ducts. It is a “Green” product.
