Also before I made the decision on the brand to go with, Don gave me his experience with each of the brands I was considering, I was very confident in the one I chose. I've called I've called Don on Saturday and Sunday with AC issues in the past and he has always come out that day. "Timothy is incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with. Another company had come out to diagnose my AC and claimed they fixed it, but when I got home, it still wasn't working. I reached out to Timothy around 9:00 pm just to ask about getting a diagnosis. He asked me a few questions, assured me he could fix it, and said he could come out that same night.
