REP CAME OUT FOR 3+HOURS. SOLD USA SPECIAL FLOOR BOARDING THAT WOULD BE THE BEST AGAINST MOISTURE. WHEN INSTALLERS CAME THEY HAD THE PRODUCT BUT SAID THEY COULD NOT INSTALL BECAUSE OF THE MOISTURE FACTOR(I LIVE NEXT TO THE LAKE). THE DID THE CARPET PORTION BUT NOT THE FLOORING. VERY UNHAPPY...
