Promised to complete the job the week after Thanksgiving. Job has not begun and it is December 17th. Have not heard from them since confirming estimate and setting the installation date.
Tech arrived timely; determined problem; left. Ordered parts; returned to install; fixed it Left me with instructions to let him know later in day-4-6 hours - of the temp in both refrig and freezer to ensure all was as it should be. He went the extra mile to get it right.
