"He was on time and got my washing machine going. Had some chewed up wires. Replace them. Didn’t take him very long to get my machine up and going. His charge was reasonable. I will use him again if I need to and would recommend him to anyone who needs their washing machine repaired. Didn’t take him long to get the machine running again. "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"All the personnel were polite and knowledgeable. The salesman completed a through assessment of the project. We discussed options and he provided me with an estimate within a couple of days. Once I made the decision to proceed, I was contacted by a project supervisor who discussed with me the timeline for installation. The project supervisor contacted my gas company for an assessment of the gas meter to insure it could handle the generator that was being installed. He also contacted the power company, arranged for all permits and inspections, and contracted a plumber to install additional gas line. Overall, he arranged for everything that needed to be done for the installation. On the installation day the team arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and began work. The work was completed in a timely manner and the generator was tested. Due to scheduling conflicts with the city and the power company the work could not be certified until the following day. The project supervisor worked with the power company to get us back on line so that we would not be without power for the evening. The following day the city inspector met with an electrician for the company and the generator was certified. The electrician then went through an education process with me and explained how the system was set up and what to expect. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Be aware that the company does business under multiple names (Tidmore Inc, Huntsville Generator, Current Electrical and Generator Services). This was confusing at times."

I called them when it was time to bite the bullet and replace the 20 year old heat pump that came with the house. The owner came to my house that same evening and provided a very satisfactory quote of $5236. The installation was completed efficiently and professionally, and I am looking forward to being cool and comfortable this summer and warm and toasty next winter. "Another company did a really shoddy job on our system and Mr Dans had good reviews and word of mouth was good so we messaged them on Angie list and they responded in short time and repaired next day. Victor was such a help showing what had been done wrong and educated me on how to maintain system for long life and performance, very pleased with work. Pumped tanks,replaced pump built up riser correct. Didnt wreck my yard either which was nice. Thanx Victor"

"This is the worst company there bad from the top to the bottom owner Jeff Franklin this man is a liar a d a crook this company did a install at my and damaged more than they fixed charged for parts not provided and work not and Mr Franklin said he stands behind their work but he will not this will steal form and when something goes wrong with there subpar work you are on your own"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
