Greg and Victoria went above and beyond providing timely responses to all our questions. On the morning of install, Greg Dubroca showed up to ensure the installers knew what we expected. The installers — Will Morgan and his great crew are an AWESOME team (wish I could recall all their names); especially since they worked seamlessly together and kept us apprised of the work they were doing, addressed any issues that came up, showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. They exceeded my expectations. I also have to mention the silent partners, Charles McDowell and Greg the Techie who set us up with what we needed to make our systems work efficiently. From sales to install to customer service — ALL Conditioned Air Solutions’ employees were totally knowledgeable and impressive. On the price, I thought that was reasonable. It was a great visit. Our air conditioner was working, but it wasn't working in an emergency situation, but it wasn't quite what I thought it could be so I didn't tell him they had to come right away and I let him schedule it and they give you a time like 12 to 2 that's the air and then that morning that they come they refine that. I used them for everything, still that same company. I've used them to replace my water heater. I've used them to fix a water leak in my yard. So, I've used them a few times. That was a major deal, I remember that it was big bucks
