I made a service call to another HVAC company who diagnosed my non-functioning gas package unit as having rust in the heat exchanger to the point where there were holes in it. Replacing it would be thousands of dollars, and not worthwhile for how old the unit was. I got them to give me a quote but then decided to shop around. Through a referral, I ended up talking to Anthony, who was able to get me a similar unit for about half the price of the original quote and to install it the next day! He came out with the unit, then quickly realized I'd been told I needed a 4 ton unit when my existing unit was 2.5 tons and was sufficient for my home. He went and returned the unit he'd already bought and picked me up a smaller unit, which saved me about $500! He didn't charge extra or complain for the inconvenience caused by the bad info I'd been given and passed on to him. Everything is functioning very well now! I highly recommend Anthony Jackson HVAC.

The first time we used him he replaced 2 units that just went out together. He did a really good job. It was a fair price. I couldn't ask for better. So when we had another problem we called him again. It was under warranty so it didn't cost us anything. Again, he was prompt, professional, and I would use him anytime. He didn't have to do service to both units, but he did. He just did that because he's nice and again there was no charge. Everything has worked fine since.

Anthony alway does a great job!

I intended to post this earlier. In March 2014, both of our heat pumps went out ... and it was still very cold. Being pretty new to the area, we weren't sure who to call. We got a recommendation from a new friend for her nephew. We hired him and he did a FABULOUS job! He was very good at checking everything to make sure it was perfect. He stayed late the evening of the installation to make sure we were comfortable that night. He and his helper were great at cleaning up after themselves. He explained everything he was doing and was very personable and easy to get along with. The cost was better than two other estimates we had been given before. With labor included, both units were purchased and installed for $9000. 
Over the weekend, one of the units stopped working, so we had to call him again. He was here bright and early this morning, replaced the capacitor at no charge and everything is working great!! I would recommend him for any heating or cooling work you need at any time of the year!! He, and his work, are both EXCELLENT!!
