I plan on telling everyone!! May be a fb post. I expected better from this company. We feel they took advantage of an elderly man! $600 for three sink faucets installed and a fill valve replacement! Ridiculous!! I called and requested their help and feel personally responsible for being cheated!

They had to send another plumber out (who was well qualified), to fix a problem that was not addressed by the first ones. I thought it was a major problem, but it ended up being a minor problem. If not for this, I had rated them 5.0. They were very courteous and respectful. I recommended them to some friends of ours, and they were satisfied with them also.

I was very impressed with the technical insight and diligence with which Matthew assessed essential parameters (e.g., gas line capacities) and then provided options consistent with his findings. In replacing our water heater, I found Matthew's craftsmanship to be exceptional, relative to attention to detail, and the subsequent follow through to ensure system integrity. There are many options relative to acquiring needed plumbing services. But based on my experience with Jackson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I am further convinced that perhaps there is significant benefit in relying on the more established companies; the inherent skills they can and do offer, given their size and legacy, provide the best value when it comes to resolving complex issues. I will definitely call upon Jackson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for help with subsequent related needs.

GOOD PRICE GREAT VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR

Professional and prompt service. They installed a tankless gas water heater system in my house. Only a couple of small minor issues came up after install but they responded and addressed them very quickly so I would recommend them to anyone.

On time, had all materials with them including the water heater. Easy to work with.

They were very up front with the work that had to be done. We are so pleased.

Scheduling was a little challenging, but once they arrived the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and corrected the problem quickly.

The plumber cleared the clog, but it turned out I needed my septic tank pumped out. That was done this morning.

I was impressed with the whole process. They responded quickly, answered questions, finished job and cleaned up. It was a good experience.
